What are your hours?
Our office and trucks run Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. On Sundays and overnight we answer emergency calls only, and Breeze books regular visits 24/7.
Which areas do you serve?
South Miami-Dade, from Coral Gables and Key Biscayne down to Homestead. Check your ZIP in the service area section or ask Breeze.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. New systems qualify for 0% APR for 18 months, or low monthly payments for up to 10 years, with approved credit through our lending partner. Repairs over $500 can be split into 4 monthly payments.
What warranties do you offer?
Repairs carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty (2 years for Comfort Club and Total Care members). New installations include a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty and our own 2-year labor warranty.
How much is a service call?
A diagnostic visit is $79 and it's waived if you go ahead with the repair. You'll get the exact price before any work starts.
Can you really come the same day?
Most days, yes. Calls booked before 2 PM on a weekday usually get a same-day window, and plan members always go first.
